How do I start shopping?
Simply select a product category from the navigation bar on the left. From each product category, you will be able to select individual products and add them to your cart. Please note for apparel items you will need to select your sizing first and than enter the quantity for that specific size. Please note that some products on the site require a minimum order quantity to be met. You will see these order minimums noted on each product page.
How do I add products to the shopping cart?
Once you have selected a product, fill out the necessary fields such as color, size and quantity. Then, click the Add to Cart button.
What happens if I place an order and the item is out of stock?
Customer Service will contact you regarding any inventory issues after the order has fully processed.
Production Time
Standard production time for core apparel and accessory items is approximately 10-12 business days + transit time to your location. Please note orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. ***If an order is needed sooner or for a specific event date, please reach out to: kschumer@themrlgroup.com. We can usually accomodate orders that are needed faster than the standard production timeline.
**Production time will not being until full payment for the order has been received.
Payment
IMPORTANT - Production on your order will not begin until full payment has been received. All purchases will be invoiced within 48 hours after your order has been placed. The invoice will be sent directly from The MRL Group to the email address provided on your order, please ensure this information is correct. Please note final invoices will include any applicable tax and shipping charges.
Shipping Time
Shipments are made via standard FedEx Ground, estimate 3-5 business days.
Tax
Applicable tax will be calculated on your order during checkout. **If you have a tax exempt resale certificate, please send this to: kschumer@themrlgroup. This will be added to your account and tax will not be charged on any orders.
Return Policy
Please select your item options carefully. Due to the custom nature of your order we are not able to issue refunds or exchanges on items incorrectly ordered. Due to the custom nature of your order, we are not able to guarantee any changes to your order after it has been placed. If you would like to make a change to your order within 1 business day of placing your order, please email us with your request and order number and we will do our best to accommodate. If you have issues with your order arriving damage or you received the incorrect item, please contact us by email including order number and photos within 7 business days of delivery.
